Our music department is selling water bottles as a fundraiser for our annual band trip. So i decided to produce a commercial for it. My friend and I came up with the idea on Wednesday, wrote the script wednesday night, and cast the parts on thursday. On Saturday night i prepared the set and Sunday we shot. This commercial was completely shot, edited, and released on the internet in less than 12 hours. The current updated version took another 3 hours of work. Technical notes: Video as shot at 1080 24p but then edited and exported on a 720p timeline because I was having trouble exporting at full HD. Audio was recorded with Rode NTG-2 on camera to the left channel while my MXL 991 (as seen in the video) recorded to the right channel up close to the band.
