Get the best quality for your videos by NOT letterboxing your videos on ExposureRoom.
One uses Letterboxes or Pillar bars essentially to fit film or video of one aspect ratio to another aspect ratio. Sometimes your videos get letterboxed when you encode for DVD. Or you intentionally letterbox your videos to produce that "Cinemascope" look or aspect ratio (2.35:1).
