Dean,

For the moment, I'd like to give you some technical guidance.
1. You need to deinterlace your video
2. The aspect ratio is not correct. You may want to take a look at this article in our Help/FAQ

The Correct Aspect Ratio for HD Videos

There are other articles there that will help you get the technical aspects correct.

Please also set up the equipment you've used (Camera, editing software etc.), since that helps other visitors.
