This is a short test sample encoded as MPEG2 @ 23.976fps.
I am experimenting with this because of a bug I uncovered in Adobe Premiere Pro CS3 with regard to dropped frames in Windows Media encodes. Another issue with WMV is that it doesn't support tru 24p. Even though the encoder settings were selected as 24fps, the resulting WMV from 23.976 fps material contained ghost frames indicating a 2:3 pullup going on in the transcode.
Hopefully MPEG2 will provide better quality, but the file sizes are quite large as compared to Windows Media.
