The screening was this past Sunday and it was an incredible time.  I was blown away by all the talent that is inside Detroit.  And though we  did not place, I was satisified that my team was able to turn in the film on time. 7 pm was the deadline and we clocked in at 6:58. We walked away inspired and humbled with the knowledge that we have much to learn.  it was a great experience and we are definately excited to enter again next year.  For now I am going to spend much time studying on how to become more advanced in editing and work extremely hard so that I can possess the proper equipment I need to take what I have been doing to the next level.  I want to Thank Rebecca and Shiv for their encouragement and assistance throughout this competition. I have been bragging this site up to as many as I can.  I also want to Thank Team Project 7 for everything they did to make our film a success. I had the greatest team in the world!  Thank You Mom for driving like a NASCAR driver down I75. We would have never made it on time.
The genre I was given was Chick Flick and I pray that I do not receive that Genre again.  I am just not a Chick Flick type of girl :) I will post our Chick Flick soon.
