MINAWARRA PARK. ARMADALE. WESTERN AUSTRALIA.

This clip is a short test of the Letus Extreme in low light conditions and is a test of its "out-of-box" turnkey utility. No special preparations were undertaken other than assembly and choice of camera settings.

Minawarra Park is a sculptured public access area which once a year, hosts the annual Minawarra Festival and an Australia Day skyshow fireworks celebration.

In the early nineteen-fifties, the area where the upstream lake was excavated was occasionally used as a cropduster's airstrip. One pilot of a tiver moth was witnessed to buzz one of the then new diesel railcars which were replacing the steam trains and frightened the driver into applying emergency brakes.

The last aircraft to land there prior to the redevelopment was a Transavia Skyfarmer, also an ag plane, which suffered an engine failure en-route to Jandakot Airport.
