I would love for you to describe how you achieve these effects. Perhaps you could write a blog, and describe your process. In the blog, you can include a link to this video. (It might be a good idea to set up a tiny url for this purpose.)

Also, I would ask that you "edit equipment" to list the equipment that you use.

I agree with Peg - this would be so helpful I am at student at film and these things would be so helpful especially working on something like my not so good PC - looking forward to a detailed tutorial if you have the time :)
