I neeed your help and knowledge

Since I started putting video on this site even though the footage is 1920X1080 I get low quality.
I am certain that I am doing sothing wrong.
I edit my videos with CYBERLINK POWER DIRECTOR.
The editing format is a .pds file.
From there if I want a HD quality the final file to upload is .m2ts file. And here come my problem.
When I try to upload EXPOSURE ROOM indicates that the file is not supported.
What should I do?
Thank you for your help
