This is a video I did last spring. It highlights the magical transition between winter and spring. A time when the forest floor comes to life, ice melts, and flowers bloom. Shot with a Letus Extreme on a V1. Using mostly a Nikon 35-70mm F2.8 lens.

Paul,
Nice work. Had a beginning, middle and end. All set to a great music score. Were you using an Indieslider type device on a couple of shots?

Regards,
Mark

Thanks Mark! No indiSlider on this one. I didn't have it yet. Just close up pans on things that make it look like a slider type move.

Great video.
Loved the close up of the hungry bug, was it an aphis?
Also the pans, steady and into focus on the flowers.
May I ask what kind of tripod you use?
Keep up the good work :)

All the best
Geir Inge

Thanks Geir! I use a beefy tripod and head since I sometimes put a Cobra Crane on it. It's a Bogen 3066. As for the bug, I have no idea what kind it was, looks like a mini praying mantis but it's only the size of your thumbnail. Gotta love the 20x lens plus 1.5 extender on the V1! It lets you get in REAL tight on things.
