The Candaba Wetlands are located 60 kilometers north of Metro Manila, in the province of Pampanga (Philippines). These wetlands are a complex of freshwater ponds, swamps, and marshes, with surrounding areas of seasonally flooded grassland and farmland. This place is home to numerous water birds and diverse wildlife.

Second of a series, featuring additional species, this is a collection of bird footages taken at Candaba in two birding sorties - on January 7 and 14, 2009. GEAR - Canon 5D MII, EF 500 f/4 L IS, Canon 2x TC and Manfrotto 475B tripod/3421 gimbal head. All clips were captured in available light, and using manual focus. The 1920x1080 capture was edited, background music was added, and converted to a 1280x720 wmv file.
