This is the 2 minute opening sequence to a short documentary entitled "The Construction of Public Art". Shot in Seattle the full 26 minute film touches on the various issues regarding the selection, installation and maintenance of public art. The film started as a group educational project, but wasn't complete by the end of the assignment. I decided to take the project to a finished state and ended up doubling the length.
