Transylvania County in the mountains of Western North Carolina is called the Land of Waterfalls. In this one small mountainous county alone, there are over 200 waterfalls!

Slick Rock is one of the smaller but still very beautiful falls. This is part of our "Waterfalls of the Southern Highlands" series.
