Steve,

I'd animate these photos rather than making them really small and static. What I mean is I'd make the photos fill the screen and very slowly pan, tilt, zoom in/out. The pictures would look a lot better and the viewer will actually be able to see people faces and things.

There is a typo in the title of the video :).
