Kevin,

Lovely shots and a great message. The images are so powerful in themselves but adding some context, even education, to the viewer and it takes on a life of its own. Keep this up, it's important work.

On a technical side, the sound needs a lot of work. The voiceover has some distinctive hiss that is really obvious. Also, it just kind of pops in and out over the music and is not coming across as a single unit of sound. Glenn Scott Lacey (my friend and composer and XR member) will soon be posting an extensive tutorial on mixing narration and music/ambience.

Never noticed any audio issues until I listened with a set of headphones. Then it was pretty apparent.

Thanks for creating a new audio mix for the film. It's a vast improvement from what it was.

A good lesson learned to listen to the audio with a good set of headphones or good speakers.

The speakers I had used made the audio sound just fine with no problems at all. Sounds much, much better now.

AWESOME, Kevin!!! Your work on The River is inspiring. I too have an HPX170 and an IndiSlider. May I ask what type of Lens Adapter kit you have? Thanks.

Glad you liked the film. The indiSlider really added something to it I think.

I don't own a lens adapter. Never used one. I don't even know if I know anyone around here that has one.
I've toyed with the idea of getting one but not sure if it's worth it for me or not.
