Issues of non compliance to non profit law or open meeting laws:
No notice was placed on the website....no posting of the agenda, so the public can make informed comment.
No minutes of the September meeting were approved.
Open meeting law requires that the camera placement cannot impede on it's function. The camera 's volume control was turned up to capture the proceedings, but picks up ambiant room (HVAC).
Here the Board Members have their backs to the camera, and sound is very poor quality.

URTV's Board unanimously votes to eliminate membership status. With no discussion from the BOD. Does this mean all membership dues are to be refunded?????
