September 2009 was a perfect time for a ride. 1,900+ miles mostly solo riding up through the National Parks and over the Sierra passes. This was my first time in Virginia City and what a treasure of interesting sights. Heading north on into Susanville and then into Lassen Volicanic Park and back down to Lake Tahoe where I finally met up with Rick and Marilyn for a days ride.

This just could become an annual event...It was that much fun.
