Infrared photography has interested many, but I find infrared video more satisfying. This B&W video was made in an Ithaca, New York city park, and it shows the other-worldly effects possible with infrared videography. Summer foliage is rendered in light tones, whereas the sky and water are rendered dark. The result is a somewhat "ghostly" landscape appearance. (Note: The video compression necessary to make internet streaming practical may cause the image to appear to move with some "jogging" during pans that is not in the original.)
