Eva,
Wow! Not often do I see such a slow motion in timelapse videos as you have captured in the first shot. It took some time for me to realize it was actually moving, and I like it. It looks so natural. The only thing that makes it look less natural is the surface of the water.
I was totally blown away by the shot starting at 1:30. When the sun's rays broke through the cloads I had goose bumps.
Norway is a beautiful land.
By the way, what camera did you use?

Thank you.
Thank you for the nice feedback. All Material was shot with my EX1. For the first time I made extensive use of the overcranking feature, spending hours and hours watching the sky and choose the right section and hoping clouds would move the right way. Meditation with EX1. Beautiful.

Fantastic timelapses. My favorite is at 2:00m
In some cases where the water is indeed distracting, you could layer 'normal speed footage' on top of it and leave the clouds moving in superspeed. Just a thought.
Great stuff.

layer 'normal speed footage'
Hi Willem,
thank you for your feedback. You are absolutely right, it would have been wise to take some shots at normal speed, but I didn't unfortunately. Maybe it was to to excitement that I could make extensive use of the timelapse feature of my EX1 for the first time. I will do this in future. :-)

Eva,
This piece is truly beautiful. I see these shots and the way you have coupled them with the perfect soundtrack and I am, again, reminded why I love this world so much.
Great footage and a nice way to start my day. What was the music?
Thanks for sharing,
Steven
