Gabriel,

This is a marvelous video! The visuals, the music, the color grading and editing, all tell the story you're trying to tell beautifully. Good job.

Nice!
You managed to tell a nice story without a word spoken.

Really enjoyed this!

What shutter speed did you shoot at? It looked really crisp.

cool skate clip
Just wanted to drop a line to say the clip is beautiful.
The extreme sports channels and scenes do need a more cinematic approach.
Hopefully, we'll get there... well done.

Wonderful piece mate. The clarity on the facial close-ups is truly stunning. Man, if I had the cash, i would love to get me a nice pro cammy. Just curious, what effects did you use from Magic Bullet as far as Premiere Pro?

Gabriel Sandalo    July 11, 2008 10:35 AM
Thanks Jacob!
I did use Magic Bullet Looks for color correction.

Lovely shots! And Magic Bullet never fails! the images are beautiful, but arent you using to low framerate? I downloaded your original file to compare the online one against to see wheter its the compression here in XR or your orignal framerate that made it "skippy", and it was no diffrence. Do you know why the motion is this "skippy"?

I don't know...
I think there's something wrong on rendering.

Michael Strickland    August 10, 2008 01:55 PM
Well done, Gabriel. I don't see any reference to a 35mm adapter being used. Did you use one?

Your shots are what makes this work so well. I am always inspired by great composition. You've nailed it here.

Thank you for sharing.
