Nice video Mark. Very calming. How did you achieve the slow motion effect? I don't know much about the F350 so did you shoot at 60i?

Do you know why this video has bars on the top and bottom? Is this intentional?

Hi Shiv,thanks for the feedback it was filmed in 25frames per second (25p)the camera has an under and over crank mode otherwise known to the non technical fast and slow motion. The bars on top and bottom are intentional to maintain the 2.35:1 film setting as found on most films. Hope this helps Mark

Thanks for clearing the under/over crank mode option. On the aspect ratio part, my personal feeling is that unless you crop the video (not all tools allow this) to the aspect ratio such that there are no black bars the view doesn't get the impact of the wider aspect, no? If you look at some of Steven Dempsey's videos you'll see what I mean.

I love the wider aspect myself by the way. My new videos will be shot and edited with this aspect (or at least I'm trying :))

Great atmosphere. I don't often like dark imagery, but here it feels really natural and British ;) Nice contrasts, too.
