I try a translation (sorry for my english):

This is one of four subject. The basic idea is show what people, with one chromosome less, have lost in their social development.

The man in black suit, falsely comment the woman clothing:
"This orange shirt is perfect with your eyes's color, and this...hat, sunset pink coloured, is perfect with your face, and this skirt ...just a little bit risky, but on you is a real touch of class!".

The boy with red shirt sincerely answer: "Disgusting!"

The slogan
I've a friend with down syndrome.... and you? no? You don't know what you lose.
