This is a Megetech - Diversion that is manufactured in 2005. I do not believe they are available any longer. It has a 27Hz transmitter and a range around 150feet. The motors are pager motors like in a cell phone vibrator. It flies well if trimmed correct for as much as 5 minutes with a 150Mah 3.1v Li-Poly battery. I always have it sitting in my truck ready to go.
