Simply Stunning Mate

IMO, the best piece of work you've produced to date - OUTSTANDING!
William Byers    March 07, 2010 01:37 PM

I agree with Cliff, great story telling through visuals. And thought San Francisco was great but this top that and with a 7D.
Curtis Edwards    March 07, 2010 04:30 PM

Great!

Good job directing/shooting and good job to Jeremy to editing it. Looks amazing! Can you explain the PL lens part some or do you have a blog on it?

Is there such difference between canon lens and PL lens? what would you define as the added value that makes it worth it?
Frederik Sulser    March 16, 2010 04:19 AM

Amazing....

One of the best works I saw from you - and that sets the level pretty high ;-) Congrats...

Beautiful!

Phil,

This is a great video/documentary. I love the way you've edited this and of course the cinematography/images are absolutely stunning. You definitely have a talent to this kind of work and the way you tell story, so it was good to see some "meaningful" work for a change. Hope to see more of this kind of stuff.

Didn't care much for the repeat shot (the first frame and then later).

The titles in this video are beautiful as well and fitting music too.
andrew smith    March 17, 2010 07:27 AM

no music credits....

50 seconds of titles and you couldn't squeeze in who did the music?? what about credit where credit is due? i probably sound like a broken record but how would people feel if a video contained their footage without any credit?

amazing images and visuals as always .. thanks.

Beautifully conceived and shot. Nice one Phil.

Andrew, this was a mistake by the editor as I always credit artist in my edits. It's always been credited on Vimeo, youtube and my site. I just forgot to put the details on this page. Corrected. Thanks
andrew smith    March 20, 2010 03:58 PM

thank you Philip.

É bom saber que ainda existem pessoas com olhos sensíveis tanto quanto o coração. Muito bom seu trabalho.
Alexandre Walter    March 31, 2010 06:08 PM

Good to know that there are still people with sensitive eyes as much as the heart. Very good work.
Curtis Edwards    March 31, 2010 06:50 PM
