Made for RGTV. Here is a look at the kind of things I did using Red Giant Software's Magic Bullet Looks whilst grading my short film "Return to Dungeness"

I hope it is informative, it runs at 27 minutes. It barely scratches the surface of Magic Bullet Looks. But I will be going into much more detail in later videos. This will hopefully give you a better understanding of the software.

Thank you! This will be quite useful. I've been grading the entire sequence instead of individual clips - I'm off to revisit my latest video and grade each clip.

Can never get enough Bloom! :)

I've Only just started using `Magic Bullet Looks` after being commissioned on a job that requires a lot of natrual beauty and photographic styled videography ... it's an amazing plugin that's easier to use than Photoshop or Paintshop Pro, and I absolutely love the fine tuning options.

I love your example Philip, thank you!

Chris.

Rendertime

Hello Philip,

You told us that you used a laptop (MacBook Pro?) to edit the whole film. Can you also tell us how long it took to render the whole thing? I mean, it must need some time to do this adjustments to to the original material?

I have to Mac's here. One Pro with Dual Xeon and a Macbook Pro with Dual Core 2.4. With rendering video in FCP it sometimes takes hours to wait for a result. How about Magic Bullet Looks?

Thanks for the great tutorial anyway!

Gert
