How to convert the H264 files into an editable format. This tutorial is for Final Cut Studio 2 users. If you are using a MAC and do not have Final Cut Pro installed the codecs will not be available to you. Use something equivalent like DVCPROHd.

TRANCODING 20 CLIPS AT ONCE – MPEG STREAMCLIP

Running 5 Copies or “Instances” of MPEG Streamclip at the same time. It takes about 13-14 seconds to convert 4, 20mb clips the normal way. I converted 20, 20mb clips in 30-33 seconds. While running 5 copies of MPEG Streamclip. http://studiomtn.com/blog/?p=539
