Nice! Educational too! So I guess this saved them a lot of time and money not having to build a kitchen set and light it up.

Thanks Shiv. You're absolutely right about time/money savings. But the greenscreen also allowed us to layer several actions, so you can have three versions of the same actor on screen at once and create a sort of timelapse effect independent of the foreground action.

The layering can be done without a green screen too no? This video is a good example of that: Borderline.

Thanks again. That's a lovely film. My guess is a lot of that is split screening. There's a shot with the man in the tree where the camera's moving, so perhaps there's another technique being used there. Thanks for pointing it out.
