This is a frame grab from a test shoot I did using the Cool Flo CFL Soft Boxes from Steve Kaeser. There is sunlight coming in from a window to the right of the subjects (camera left). The key light is the softboxes and the camera has been white balanced for the key light. I love quality of light these lights out put as well as the nice soft wrap around light. These lights are perfect for interview style videos.
