Hey check out www.HarvestEating.com check out their clips. I've worked with them and they do a good job. You can start by shooting at a higher f stop, makes for a sharper image and by making your A cam more strait on and your b cam at more of an 90 degree angle...

Also! lose the wireless mic! go with the shotgun mounted on the camera... it works better but make sure its not pointed at the counter because you will pick up lots of extra noise.

I'm shooting a mexican style cooking video next week, I'll let you know how it goes.

He has a great site with a lot of videos, I enjoy his trailer for his PBS show, they do great work.
